Visual Hygiene

 

  • Keep your body healthy with a balanced healthy diet.  Regular outdoor exercises and sufficient rest are recommended.
  • Reading under good lighting condition.
  • Keep proper reading distance at around 35-40cm.
  • Avoid prolonged near work.  Allow visual breaks after a certain period of close work.
  • It is advisable to rest your eyes for 10 minutes after 30 minutes of watching television.
